Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy one Welsh Terrier puppy.
Seller understands the deposit is non-refundable unless one of the following circumstances occurs:
If the Dam does not produce puppies during the intended heat cycle or does not have enough of the specified gender to fulfill the deposit requirements, the Buyer will have the option to wait for the next litter or have the deposit refunded.
